At Zenfit Gym, we offer a variety of classes and workout sessions to suit every fitness goal and lifestyle. Explore our weekly schedule below and find the perfect time to achieve your fitness aspirations!


Morning Schedule:

  • 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Power Yoga
  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Strength Training
  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Cardio Blast
  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Pilates

Afternoon Schedule:

  • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Functional Fitness
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Core & Abs Workout
  • 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
  • 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Zumba

Evening Schedule:

  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Weight Training
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Aerobics
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Bootcamp Training
  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Meditation and Stretching

Weekend Specials:

Saturday & Sunday:

  • 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Outdoor Bootcamp (weather permitting)
  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Group Fitness Challenge
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Relaxation Yoga

Open Gym Hours:

The gym floor is available for general workouts during the following hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
